Seasonal Rates
$2970 which includes use of the site for weekends, vacations or occasional use during the week. Water and sewer are included in the basic rate and electricity is metered and shall be paid monthly.
A non-refundable deposit is required by September 1 to secure your site for the next season. You may leave your RV on site over the off-season.
Guest Rates - You MUST be present at the time
Daily
$7.00/per person daily
Overnight in your camper
$10.00 per person overnight
Overnight in their own site
With electricity and water:
- 1 night - $59.06
- 2 nights - $118.11
- 3 nights - $177.17
If using air conditioning: add $5.00/day
Rates are for 2 adults and 2 children and include taxes.
Extra adults are $10 and extra children are $7
